Elsir Badri founded Audiix in 2015 with a clear belief: UAE businesses should be able to access disciplined accounting, practical tax advice, and reliable reporting without the complexity or distance often associated with larger firms.

With three decades of experience across the UAE and wider GCC, Elsir has worked across accounting, tax, audit readiness, reporting, and business advisory. His experience combines technical depth with a practical understanding of how businesses operate, grow, and meet their responsibilities in the region.

Alongside building his career, he continued his professional development in Dubai. Elsir is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), an ACCA Fellow, a UAE Tax Agent, and a Fellow Member of the UAE Accountants and Auditors Association. He also holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong in Dubai.

This combination of accounting, tax, reporting, and business knowledge shaped the Audiix model: one coordinated advisory partner for businesses that need clean records, dependable compliance, and reporting that supports better decisions. Today, Audiix is a digital-first, systems-driven accounting and tax advisory firm, a Xero Gold Partner since 2015, and an FTA Registered Tax Agency.

Elsir remains closely involved in technical review, client advisory, and the standards behind Audiix’s work. His approach is methodical, practical, and focused on clarity: helping clients build a finance function that is not only compliant, but genuinely useful to the people running the business.
